#NewRelease @eXtasyBooks Family

Surprise! As some of you might know, I have three releases this month–Fresh Starts, which came out on June 8, Xander, which will come out on June 22, and Family, a short set in the Whitedell/Gillham universe that comes out today as part of the Extasy’s summer shorts category! I know people (including me) have missed Keenan and Nysys, and while there isn’t a lot of Nysys in this book, he is there 🙂

Sometimes your friends know you better than you know yourself.

It’s vacation time for Keenan and his family, and like every year since they adopted her, he and Jonah are taking their daughter Kaila to Gillham to visit old friends. His vacation is interrupted by work, though, when he’s sent to retrieve a baby boy who’s been abandoned.

Keenan places Miles with Rabbit, Elton, and Samuel, while his colleague looks for a family, but Rabbit still insists he doesn’t like children. Will he change his mind, or will Keenan have to take Miles away, breaking Elton and Samuel’s heart in the process?

#NewRelease @eXtasyBooks Fresh Starts

Fresh Starts, book 5 in the Free Shifters series, is out today! It signs a shift in direction for this series, with shifters finally being given rights and everything, so you don’t want to miss it!

http://www.extasybooks.com/978-1-4874-2025-3-fresh-starts/

You have to let go of the past to have a fresh start.

Robbie has been spending a lot of time with the shifters hiding in the mountain since his best friend Vaughn moved there. That means he’s also been spending a lot of time with Scott, one of the alphas. He likes Scott, but he’s convinced nothing can happen between them. As an alpha, Scott deserves so much better. Besides, with several cases of shifters wanting more rights being brought in front of the Supreme Court, they have other things to focus on.

Scott doesn’t know why Robbie is pushing him away. He can tell it’s not because he doesn’t want him, though, so he decides to push a little. He knows it was the right decision when Robbie starts opening up, and when the construction of the first shifter-human town in the state begins, he volunteers both of them to help.

Robbie and Scott try to live with each other and with the self-esteem issues Robbie’s ex caused when he left him. But not everyone wants shifters to be free, and between the protestors picketing outside the new town and the traitor inside it trying to stop construction, they’re going to have to trust each other, no matter their problems.

#NewRelease @eXtasyBooks Concatenation

Concatenation, book one in the Lost in Translation series, is out today!

Two murders and a ghost…just Dorran’s luck.

The last thing Dorran expected when he moved out of his old apartment was to find a dead body in the new one. John Mitchell was a despicable man, from what Dorran learns, but no one deserves to have their head bashed in. Dorran supposed he should be grateful for what happened, if anything because one of the detectives on the case is his ex-boyfriend—the one he dumped ten years ago because he didn’t want to come out of the closet.

Things are never easy for Dorran, though, and he has to deal with nosy neighbors, his angry ex, and…a ghost? He really didn’t mean to stick his nose in the investigation, but it’s not his fault everyone seems to prefer talking to him instead of the cops, even when he really would rather not listen. And it’s also not his fault that the dead guy seems to have killed his uncle—and that the uncle still haunts the apartment. If only his ex could understand that. Dorran wants a second chance with Eli, but Eli seems to think Dorran is sticking his nose into things on purpose.

Will Dorran manage to convince Eli he didn’t mean to get involved? Will he find out who killed John Mitchell before that person decides to take out someone else? He knows he should, because with his luck, that next person is going to be him.

#NewRelease @eXtasyBooks Noel

I know this is a book many of you have been waiting for after reading Roark in the Spring Fever anthology 🙂 So here’s Noel for you!

Sometimes we don’t see ourselves as clearly as we think.

Noel has spent the past seventeen years focusing first on his studies, then on his job as a lawyer, but the man he had a one-night stand with never left his mind—or his heart. He doesn’t know what it was about Roark, but he’s never been able to forget him, and he’s stopped trying. Instead, he works with the council to help shifters who can’t afford a lawyer. When he receives threats that have to do with the murder case he accepted, he calls Kameron Rhett from the council, who then calls the council’s best-hidden secret—the assassins.

Roark has been a council assassin since he was freed from the lab he spent years in. It’s the only place he fits in, with the other assassins, the people who share a trait with him—all of them have been genetically modified. Roark hates his ability to manipulate minds, and when he realizes the man he’s supposed to protect is the mate he thought long lost, he tries to get out of it.

But Noel is stubborn and headstrong, and he won’t take no for an answer. Between him and Roark’s bear, Roark doesn’t have a choice, and the more time he spends with Noel, the more he falls for him. Will he be able to save his mate from the man after him? And if he does, will he manage to allow himself the happiness he’s been longing for?

#NewReleases @eXtasyBooks Easy to Love and Spring Fever anthology

I have TWO books out today! The first one is the second book in the Allegheny Shifters series and it’s Eddie and Joel’s book.

Can a marriage of convenience become a marriage of love?

Joel has known he would have to make a choice since he was a teenager—marriage or putting himself in the hands of the council that rules the shifters who live in the Allegheny forest. He’s running out of time, his twenty-fifth birthday is only weeks away, and he has to find someone to marry before then. His choice almost naturally falls on Eddie, the best friend of the man his brother married the year before.

Eddie has had his eye on Joel for months, ever since he first met him. He never expected Joel to choose him as a husband, not when he could have anyone he wants. Eddie hasn’t planned for an arranged marriage to take over his life, but once he realizes Joel has chosen him, he doesn’t hesitate to propose.

Joel and Eddie rush into a marriage neither of them wanted. Will it be enough to keep the council away? Will they be able to make it work and be happy even though love isn’t what brought them together?

The second book is a short and is part of the Spring Fever anthology (the other authors are Charlie Richards, Deja Black, Liza Kay, Lynn Michaels, and Suede Delray) and is the first book in the Council Assassins series, but you can start the series with book 2 when it will come out May 11.

Where restless wolves and excited shifters of all kinds expect to fall head over heels in love due to Spring Fever.

Spring Fever – where emotions and happiness come alive following the harsh winter to melt our hearts. The Spring Fever anthology features six shifter stories from some of eXtasy Books’ top authors, all-encompassing awakening love and in many cases a little bit of Spring lust!

What happens when your future is taken away from you?

It’s 2012. Roark is a bear shifter and a PI in New York. While on the job, he notices a man—Noel—who could give him more information on the man he’s been hired to follow. He decides to talk to Noel, in part to get the information, but mostly because he finds him sexy as hell.
When he realizes Noel is his mate, Roark takes him home. Noel is gone when he wakes up, though, before he’s had the opportunity to tell him about shifters. Will Roark be able to get him to understand what that means, or will he be stopped before he can?

#NewRelease @eXtasyBooks Hugo

Hugo is book 4 in the Wyoming Shifters: 12 Years Later series.

Age is just a number, especially when it comes to love.

Hugo never expected his life to go the way it has. He’s only twenty-one, yet here he is, single father to a three-month-old Ennis. His parents aren’t happy he made the decision to keep Ennis, but he’s dealing with everything better than he ever thought he would, and when he meets his mate, he feels everything coming together.

Leo is lucky his son lives in Gillham. With the help of the pack, he managed to beat cancer, and he can now focus on Brian and his mate, Josh, and on rebuilding his life. He knows it won’t be easy, but at fifty-four, he doesn’t expect much. He certainly didn’t expect to have a mate and for him to be thirty-three years his junior.

Leo tries to stay away from Hugo because he thinks he’s too old. No one else seems to think that’s a problem, or no one who matters, anyway. But will Leo be able to get over his hang-ups and give his relationship with Hugo a chance? The family he’s always wanted is right in front of him. Will he take that opportunity, or will he let his age get the better of him?

#NewRelease @eXtasyBooks Ryan

I’ve been absent lately–sorry for that. I’ve had the flu, that then degenerated into an infection and a week-long headache. I’m taking my meds and pushing through it, but looking at screens with a headache is no fun :/ The newsletter will go out March 30 like it should anyway, so if you still haven’t subscribed, here’s the link http://eepurl.com/c-uvKn

I only send one per month, and they include links to the books that came out recently, what I’m working on, things like that.

Sometimes things aren’t as they seem—and sometimes, they are.

Avery has been attracted to Ryan for months, but he hasn’t even talked to him yet, even though he suspects they are mates. He wants to, but his ex is in town, and Kent has the bad habit of talking with his fists when he gets angry, which is one of the reasons Avery left Salt Lake City in the first place. He needs to keep Ryan safe, even though Ryan doesn’t even know who he is, not really.

Ryan’s world was turned upside down when he scented his mate and realized she was a woman. It’s taken him weeks to find her, and when he finally manages to talk to her, it’s only to find out Avery is not a woman after all, and that he’s leaving town. He doesn’t care that Avery wears both women’s and men’s clothes. The only thing that matters is that he might lose his mate right after finally finding him.

Ryan convinces Avery to stay and hide at his house. Avery agrees because he doesn’t want to lose his mate. Ryan seemed to accept him as he is, women’s clothes and all, like no one else ever has. But Kent isn’t so easily dissuaded, and he has Avery’s father backing him. Will he manage to tear Avery and Ryan apart?

#NewRelease @eXtasyBooks A Demon’s Deliverance

A Demon’s Deliverance is book 3 in the Demons Hearts series. It can be read as a standalone, but is best enjoyed as a series.

I’m having a lot of fun writing this series. My proofreaders even managed to convince me Jadon needs his own book even though this series was supposed to be only four books long 🙂

Sometimes we have to face our past even if it’s the last thing we want to do.

Cumar has been living in the human world for the past eight years, and he has no intention of changing that. He has a job he likes, friends, and he’s in love with Yo’ash, the bouncer of the only club for demons in Chicago. That love might be unrequited, but it’s better than anything he’d have had in Hell, where he grew up.

Yo’ash likes his life predictable and boring, and Cumar is anything but that. They share a past, but Cumar has never seemed to recognize Yo’ash, and Yo’ash is glad for it. It’s a part of his life he’d rather not think about, and it’s one of the reasons he keeps Cumar at arm’s length, the other one being that Cumar doesn’t seem to be able to commit to one person.

When someone comes after Cumar, exposing who he is and his past and forcing him to go back to Hell, Yo’ash has to make a decision. Will the trouble Cumar is facing be enough for him to step away once and for all, or will they both realize that together they are stronger than apart?

#NewRelease @eXtasyBooks Josh

Josh is book 3 in the Wyoming Shifters: 12 Years Later series. You might remember him from Calvin, book 19 in the Gillham Pack Series. He’s Calvin’s younger brother.

Sometimes our deepest fears turn out to be unfounded.

Josh has been avoiding his mate, Brian, since they first met twelve years before. He had good reasons at first—he was only sixteen and had just lost the only family he’d ever known—but he knows he can’t continue to stay away, not if he doesn’t want to lose Brian for good.

Brian has been patiently waiting for Josh to get over whatever his problem is, but he knows he can’t wait forever. He loves Josh, has loved him for years, but he doesn’t want to live his entire life waiting for him.

Josh finally decides it’s time to talk to Brian and come clean, no matter how scared he is of rejection. Of course, that’s when his biological mother appears in his life. As if that wasn’t enough, Brian finds out his father has cancer. Will the complications push Brian and Josh apart, or will they bring them together?
