Win is the council assassins’ handler, and that means he has to keep them safe. Monty has a lot to deal with as the only healer in Hope, but that doesn’t stop him from deciding he wants to see where things go when he meets Matt and Lance. He knows being in a relationship with two men isn’t usual and that it’s not going to be easy, but he wants it to work.

Matt, Monty, and Lance have hurdles to get over, though. Lance’s job means he can’t come out, especially not as being in a threesome when one of his men is a shifter. Humans still aren’t accepting of them, no matter what the law says. And even though he’s been thinking about retiring, Lance has to make a hard choice between the possibility of making other peoples’ lives better or making his better. He has a hard time accepting the possibility of being in a throuple, but once he lets go of his fears, the stakes rise. 

Will Lance choose happiness over duty? Will Matt and Monty be willing to give him time to work things out? And what will happen when he is outed against his will?

About the Author

I grew up listening to folk tales my father and nannies told either to entertain us children or to send home a message. These narratives I kept with me, and finally, I wrote them down in a journal way back when I kept one. Going through junk led to a long-forgotten box, and in it was the journal. Reading the stories of romance, science fiction and horror I had taken the time to put to paper brought to light that these were tales I had never met in my readings.

The tales I write are fictional, but all of them are based on what I grew up with and still dream about. That they have an M/M twist is simply for my pleasure. And I hope, yours as well.

London, 1912

Edward Bennett-Jacobs is leaving England. He decides to give himself one last night of happiness, and, ignoring the danger, he brings a man back to his hotel room.

Leo Davis is leaving England. He hopes for a better life, a life that will allow him to help his family flourish. He’s travelling with his best friend, John. John knows a lot about Leo, but he doesn’t know about his secret yearning for men. Leo never intends to tell him and does his best to resist what his body wants, but when he meets Edward the night before their ship is scheduled to leave, he decides to give in one last time. New York will be a new start for him, in more ways than one.
