This week’s #MySexySaturday ‘s theme is That Sexy Time of Day. The excerpt is from Craig, my latest release, out tomorrow on Amazon.
Craig looked up. Thomas was standing in front of him and looking down at him. He got up, bringing their bodies so close together that he could feel Thomas’s warmth. “For what?”
“For sticking up for me and trying to explain. My brother can be an ass sometimes, but he’s still my brother. I don’t know what I would do if…”
Craig bent and put his still full mug on the coffee table. He wanted to kiss Thomas’s worries away, and there was nothing stopping him from doing just that. Thomas was his mate, after all.
He reached for Thomas’s waist and brought him closer, pecking him on the lips. “You’re welcome.” Craig scrunched his nose. “Why do you wear this thing?”
Thomas slid his arms around Craig before answering, “What thing?”
“The mustache. It makes you look like Tom Selleck, and it doesn’t suit you. I don’t think it ever suited anyone other than Tom Selleck, to be honest, and the eighties are long gone.”
Sometimes you have to let go of a comfortable life to really start living.
Craig has rescued his last shifters from the Glass Research Company. He knew he wouldn’t have been able to do it for long, but now he’s at a loss about what to do with his life. Then Kameron offers him a job, but can he really live with a pack of shifters?
Thomas had a comfortable life, at least until Kameron ruined it for him. Still, it doesn’t mean it has to change, and Thomas is ready to do his best to keep everything as it is. When he meets his mate, he knows he won’t be able to do it for much longer and he has to make a decision that could turn his life upside-down.
Can Thomas get over the situation his old alpha created so many years ago and find a way to be happy with Craig? And will Craig be able to see past the shell Thomas has built around himself and give the man a chance?
